This interactive web application enables comprehensive assessment of national alignment with the Maputo Protocol Article 14(2)(c) on safe abortion. The scorecard evaluates 46 indicators across 7 pillars, providing a systematic framework for measuring policy, service delivery, and equity dimensions of abortion care.
Developed in accordance with WHO 2022 Abortion Care Guidelines and the African Union Maputo Protocol, this tool supports evidence-based advocacy, policy monitoring, and regional benchmarking.
How to Use This Scorecard
